Ironbar was established In August 1994 and has had the same ownership and management for the entire time we have always adapted the business to meet current trends and market demands. We currently offer Lunch 7 days 11.30/4. Oyster happy hour 4/5 daily. Dinner 7 nights a week 5pm till 10pm. We offer Dry Aged Meats and a full Steak House Menu. Gaming room and TAB open 7 days week 10 am til 12
Qualifications & experience
* The Ironbar Saloon in Port Douglas are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team.
* The successful candidate should hold a relevant diploma and show they have 3 years of work experience in this position. The duties that you will be expected to complete are as follows:
* Candidates must hold a Commercial Cookery diploma.
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Grill Chef Josper oven or Similiar a bonus Experienced in Butchery also great also looking for a general chef /with larder and desert experience
* Butchery experience is strongly preferred for this role.
* This position is for one chef who will cover all required skills including grill, butchery, larder and dessert preparation.
