Overview
We have ongoing requirements for chefs of all levels from resorts, motels, 5 star island, pubs and aged, mining camps and care facilities. All assignments include accommodation, meals and flights. Key Competencies: Trade qualifications preferred, however solid cooking experience required. Must have own uniforms and knives. Able to fit into different team environments. Excellent communication skills. Maintain a high level of presentation. Maintain a clean working setting. Excellent spoken English. In some positions you are required to complete medical and drug tests.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Provide cooking services across a range of settings including resorts, motels, islands, pubs, aged care facilities, mining camps and care facilities
Ensure all assignments include accommodation, meals and flights
Adhere to safety, hygiene and presentation standards
Possess or be able to obtain required medical and drug testing where applicable
