We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 1 Technology Support Analyst to join our Information Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to staff via the helpdesk, ticketing system, phone and in person.
Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 technology support to staff via the helpdesk, ticketing system, phone and in person.
* Support Microsoft Windows desktops in an Active Directory environment.
* Assist with deployment and management of mobile technology using an MDM.
* Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and printing needs.
