Role Description
We are seeking an Associate for a national firm for their practice specialising in Employment Law and Industrial Relations for a full-time on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD, In this role, you will provide legal advice on employment law and industrial relations matters, including workplace policies, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. You will collaborate with clients, ensure adherence to relevant legislation, and support the organisations clients in managing employment-related and IR risks.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Employment Law and Industrial Relations practices, including advising on workplace policies and compliance
* Skills in drafting and reviewing legal contracts, agreements, and other documentation
* Ability to conduct thorough research on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication and client-interaction capabilities
* Proficiency in time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field and admission as a legal practitioner in Australia is required
