About The Role
This isn't your average aged care physio role. This is not your standard aged care role. As our Manual Handling Trainer, you'll take ownership of delivering practical, high‐energy training sessions while providing flexible clinical support across Sydney. It's a role built on variety, responsibility, and adaptability, perfect for someone who enjoys leading from the front and stepping into different environments with confidence. You'll be backed by a supportive team and trusted to deliver real impact where it matters most.

Duties
* Deliver structured, practical and engaging manual handling training sessions across multiplied aged care and home care settings
* Facilitate multiple training sessions per day, as required
* Step confidently into established facilities and integrate with on-site teams
* Document clearly and efficientlyBuild strong client relationships
Skills & Experience
* AHPRA registration – General ONLY
* Police Check
* Driver's licence + reliable car
* NDIS Workers Check + NDIS Orientation
* COVID‐19 & Flu vaccination
* Full working rights
* Aged Care Experience Highly Desirable
