As an Enrolled nurse, you’ll play an important role in delivering a range of services—from acute, chronic, community care to emergency support—while being supported through training and teamwork. The Role:
The Enrolled Nurse provides direct patient/client centred nursing care to assigned patients/clients, within the scope of practice of an enrolled nurse and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/midwife to achieve planned patient outcomes.
You will:
* Provide patient care across both Residential Aged Care Facility and Rural Health Beds.
* Work effectively within a small, multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
* Have excellent communication skills

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, part time, shift worker position, working up to 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from 2 November 2025 to 28 February 2026.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $70,980 to $78,179 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type
Salary Packaging:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
* District Allowances of up to $4,618 per annum for a family
* Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of $3,699 per annum and an additional salary allowance of 10%
