Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the EGM Sales, Marketing and Innovation and P&C you will: Design Organizational Structures: Create and maintain the framework for job roles, hierarchies, and reporting lines to ensure efficiency and alignment with the organization's goals Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including culture change programs and structure Design and deliver training programs for managers and HR business partners on job creation and organizational design principles. Design and implement the Talent strategy to meet the changing needs of Pact. Develop methodologies for job creation and evaluation, ensuring that job descriptions are consistent with internal policies and procedures. Work closely with the P&C team and other departments to align organizational design with compensation, benefits, and overall business strategy. Lead a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on talent acquisition practices, market trends, and emerging technologies. Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders across P&C and the broader organisation to understand talent needs, anticipate future requirements, and proactively plan for specific initiatives supporting business strategy. Align talent acquisition activities to deliver diversity, equity, and inclusion in Pact's workforce. Utilise reporting and analytics to continuously improve the service offering of Talent Acquisition and identify opportunities to expand scope, reduce costs, increase productivity, or add value Manage risk and governance across all talent acquisition operations and activities ensuring the correct controls are in place Design and implement customer-centric UX for candidates and people managers Conduct assessments to understand the current state of the organization and identify areas for improvement Regularly audit and recommend changes to the organizational structure to enhance efficiency and adaptability bringing a view of continuous improvement and innovation What We’re Looking For: Experience: A well-rounded leader with the full remit of leadership capability, experienced in leading and transitioning TA teams to provide strategic sourcing focussed on direct hiring Experience in managing large projects that involve organisation wide change management Robust vendor management skills, preferably with experience in managing recruitment agency panel, digital and technical systems Skills in critical thinking, analytical ability and problem solving, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to decisions and recommendations Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, provide purpose and develop high performing teams A growth mindset - you won't be afraid to challenge the status quo, helping to problem solve through persistence, passion and the ability to influence and negotiate within an ambiguous and changing environment Executive recruitment and advice experience Consulting experience in either organisational theory or change management Ability to collect and analyse data to inform organizational design decisions If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
