Key Responsibilities

* Mentor and support staff members in cultural competency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in health or a related field.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in First Nations health services.
* Proven expertise in cultural competency and strategic advisory services.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Current Victorian Driver's License.
