Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Professional to lead our kitchen operations and elevate the dining experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu execution, food preparation, staff management, stock control and overall kitchen performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, design, and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
* Create seasonal menus that align with our business focus and appeal to a wide range of customers.
* Estimate food and labour costs to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistent performance and high standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 1 year experience in a related position. They must also possess strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
