Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Cyber Uplift consulting services. This role involves managing the delivery of high-quality outcomes to clients, while driving growth and profitability within the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects, refining and growing the capabilities of the Cyber Uplift service line.
* Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients through in-depth consulting experience and industry expertise.
* Collaborate with sales and growth teams to scope and price engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Maintain a pipeline of sales and revenue opportunities for the Cyber Uplift team, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements
* A proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving growth, and delivering strategic outcomes.
* Strong consulting expertise, with in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity risks, controls, regulations, and emerging trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Able to think strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the Cyber Uplift service line.
