We are expanding our team and would love you to join us! You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be involved in the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
Responsibilities
* Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training
* Contribute to making a difference in the community
The Opportunity
* Engage students using effective learning techniques and maintain a student-centered approach
* Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
* Bring learning to life for students and utilize various communication methods to achieve positive outcomes
* Conduct pre-training assessments and tailor training to meet contract requirements
About You
* Ability to work with diverse participants
* Supportive, community-minded, and able to motivate learners, including non-English speakers, to build future opportunities through learning
* Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* Excellent facilitation and assessment skills within vocational areas
Qualifications
* Bachelor of TESOL with current TAE, or undergraduate degree or teacher qualification with a Graduate Diploma of Education or postgraduate TESOL
* Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework is preferred
