Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Problem Solving: Find effective solutions to customer problems, working closely with other teams as necessary.
* Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and colleagues.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as recording customer interactions, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records.
