We're seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead the change strategy for a new facilities management software rollout.
You'll drive employee adoption, support project delivery, and ensure a smooth transition across impacted teams.
Working closely with project and facilities stakeholders, you'll help embed new ways of working and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project goals
Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
Create and maintain change documentation including strategies, communications, and training materials
Deliver clear, engaging communications to support stakeholder buy-in
Identify training needs and coordinate delivery of tailored programs
Assess organisational readiness and monitor adoption rates
Measure success and report on change outcomes to leadership
Qualifications
Degree qualified with Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci) highly desirable
Proven experience in change management or organisational development
Strong understanding of change methodologies and stakeholder engagement
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Project management experience and ability to work both independently and in teams
Knowledge of property or facilities management principles is highly desirable
