What you'll do:
* Executing and validating daily payment requests and global payment files to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
* Managing treasury transactions and maintaining integrity of financial data using Intellimatch and GTreasury.
* Overseeing the Partner AMEX process, including reconciliation and proactive resolution of outstanding balances.
* Providing operational support for trust-related activities and serving as a key contact for treasury queries.
* Assisting with audit preparations and collaborating on month-end activities, including reconciliation and reporting tasks.
What we're looking for:
* A team worker who can also work autonomously, with strong excel skills and attention to detail.
* Analytical thinking, with the ability to generate accurate financial reports and manage reconciliations of cash accounts.
* Effective communication and active listening skills to facilitate feedback, escalation management, and collaboration across teams.
* Adaptability and intellectual curiosity, embracing change and demonstrating a high level of learning agility.
* Emotional regulation, empathy, and inclusion to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
* Experience with foreign exchange and working capital management, ensuring comprehensive internal financial reporting.
