More about You – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mentality with a strong passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will be part of a progressive business that values and supports internal career growth. We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy sales-driven environment, while having a laugh (and the occasional dance-off) with each customer that walks through our doors.
Your Role:
* Providing high levels of customer service and building strong relationships
* Sound cash handling and EFTPOS
* Learning and maintaining solid product knowledge across all aspects of the business
* Maintaining high levels of store standards, assisting with merchandising and presentation
* Working towards targets and key performance indicators
* Assisting with stock control and quality management
* Following national legislation, WHS, and security guidelines
You Will Also Have:
* A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Proven ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment
* A happy, friendly, and energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
* A valid police check report is required if successful in the interview stage
