Role Opportunity Highly regarded Structural Engineering consultancy requiring an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead major commercial building projects and play a key role in client engagement, team leadership and delivery of projects.
This is a leadership‑focused role suited to a Senior Structural Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and key project stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, programme performance, and commercial outcomes are consistently achieved.
This position typically leads a team of 6–8 members on a project and will report to the WA Operational Manager.

Qualifications & Skills
Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering.
8+ years experience in structural engineering consultancy.
Strong experience delivering large commercial and/or high‑rise building projects.
Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
Strong technical capability across reinforced concrete and structural steel design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Chartered status (CPEng) or working towards chartership will be highly regarded.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of large commercial and high‑rise building projects from concept design through to construction completion.
Manage client relationships, acting as the trusted technical advisor.
Coordinate internal project teams including engineers and drafters.
Provide technical oversight and review of structural design, documentation, and detailing.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Monitor project financial performance, variations, and resource allocation.
Mentor and support engineers and design drafters.
