This is a casual role working full time hours for 12 months, but there is the potential of permanency in this period. The ideal candidate will possess: Administration skills primarily within the manufacturing industry Experience with writing Standard Operating Procedures and WHS policies Strong IT knowledge and computer skills Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide quality administration support to the Production and Purchasing Manager Draft, write and format work instructions and SOPS as part of WHS compliance Raise work and purchase orders Filing, scanning and digital uploads Enter inventory and stock into WMS system General clerical and data entry skills a must Communicate with internal and external stakeholders Respond to online and phone enquiries Required Skills/Qualification Excellent verbal communication Excellent organisational skills IT Literacy Administration Experience Microsoft Office This is great opportunity for any candidate looking for stability and security in the administrative industry.
