About the role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team at Craig Rynne Constructions Pty Ltd in Annerley, Queensland. As a full-time Carpenter, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, utilising your exceptional carpentry skills to deliver high-quality work.
What you'll be doing
* Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, installing doors and windows, and constructing cabinets and other fixtures
* Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
* Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
* Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our carpentry and construction processes
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry
* Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
