What You Will Be Working On

You'll own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy that drives this brand's digital presence and community growth. Your focus will be identifying and nurturing relationships with creators who authentically embody quality, sustainability, and individual expression - moving beyond transactional partnerships to build lasting collaborations that feel genuine to audiences.

Your key projects include developing comprehensive campaigns around exclusive limited edition drops, where timing and authenticity are everything. You're someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship building and strategic thinking. You have 3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within fashion or values-driven brands, and you understand that the best partnerships feel authentic rather than transactional.

You bring:

* End-to-end influencer management expertise including scouting, contract negotiation, and performance optimisation
* Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and proving ROI across multiple campaigns
* Platform proficiency across major social channels, with particular strength in short-form video content, working across Tik Tok & Instagram is a MUST
* Community building experience managing 100+ creator relationships and understanding what drives genuine engagement
* You're naturally organised enough to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while staying agile enough to capitalise on trending moments. Most importantly, you're passionate about sustainable fashion and ethical business practices - this isn't just a job for you, it's aligned with your personal values.
