Image Resources is a growing mineral sands producer and is currently operating a highly successful mine and processing facility at its 100%-owned, high-grade, zircon-rich flagship Atlas mineral sands project, located approximately 2.5 hours north of Perth near the picturesque towns of Jurien Bay and Cervantes in Western Australia.
The Role
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator. In this role, you will deliver proactive, organised and efficient administrative support to Image Resource employees, suppliers and visitors at the Atlas Project, ensuring smooth and effective site operations.
You will be responsible for:
* Provide administrative support for the efficient processing of operational and project-related activities.
* Deliver general administrative support, conduct research, and ensure timely follow-up for all site-related matters as needed.
* Assist with booking accommodations for Image employees, contractors, and visitors at the Nambung Village facilities, ensuring a seamless reservation process with Village Management.
* Provide assistance to various functional departments as needed.
* Organise staff and community events as required.
* Oversee the central filing system and manage site archives to ensure orderly record-keeping.
* Compile and manage the site roster and maintain an up-to-date internal telephone directory.
* Handle bookings for travel, accommodation, and rental cars to support efficient site operations.
* Assist with the coordination of Stores availability of equipment, goods and operational consumables in a cost-effective manner.
About you
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a mining site environment (preferred but not essential).
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or a similar qualification.
* A commitment to residing within a one-hour commute of the mine site, as this is a residential position.
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines efficiently.
* A positive, energetic approach combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A solid understanding of, and dedication to, environmental practices, occupational health and safety (OH&S), and duty of care obligations.
* A current, valid driver's license.
