You will be part of a professional and supportive team, greeting patients warmly, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, invoicing, assisting with report writing, and supporting Exercise Physiologists.Key ResponsibilitiesReception duties: welcoming patients, recording details, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.Processing payments via EFTPOS and TYRO systems, receipting invoices.Monitoring and replying to emails.Ordering and maintaining clinical and office supplies.Supporting Exercise Physiologists with administrative tasks.Building professional relationships with team members and clients.Experience & AttributesExperience in a medical or allied health setting, especially in exercise physiology, is advantageous.Proficiency in computer systems and medical software, especially Nookal and TYRO POS, or similar.Proactive attitude with a 'can do' approach.Ability to work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent time management and multitasking skills.High standard of presentation.Friendly and approachable demeanor.Driver's license.If you are dedicated and compassionate, eager to join a dynamic healthcare team, please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining your relevant experience and why you're suitable for this role to (emailprotected).Application Deadline: COB Wed 6th May 2025.
