Medihouse Clinic is a well‐established, smoothly run, and growing medical practice located in South East Melbourne. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Practice Manager / Senior Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team.
This role offers flexibility, with the option to work part‐time as a Practice Manager or full‐time as a Senior Receptionist, depending on experience and suitability.
About the Role:
* Overseeing day‐to‐day practice operations (Practice Manager role)
* Supporting reception and administrative team
* Managing patient bookings, billing, and general administration
* Liaising with doctors, allied health, and external providers
* Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the practice
Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in a similar position (medical practice experience essential)
* Minimum 1‐2 years of medical practice experience required
* Knowledge of medical billing and practice software
* Experience with Best Practice medical software system required
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, friendly, and reliable personality
* Australian work rights required for this position
