About the role:
1. Permanent Part-Time role working 3 days per week
2. Roster coordination and management
3. Resident and family liaison
4. Assist the Administration officer as required
5. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processing
6. Generalist administration duties as required by the home manager and support team.
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
7. Experience in Administration/Rostering roles (Aged Care preferred)
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Demonstrated time management skills, ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines and priorities
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Excellent computer literacy skills and experience using a variety of sales/administration programs and software

All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance via Opal’s police check system and undergo a pre-employment medical. You may also be required to attend a drug screen and complete psychometric testing. You must also be willing to obtain a personal NDISWC through your state government provider prior to commencing employment with us.
