Our organization is seeking dedicated individuals to fill key positions in our Hotel Services Department. These roles play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and families.
The selected candidates will be part of a fast-paced team that requires them to move, lift, and push items around our facility. We are looking for effective team players who are coachable and committed to following safety and operational procedures to ensure the well-being of our residents, staff, and families.
We have two main openings: Kitchen Assistant and Servery, and Housekeeping, Laundry, and Cleaning Assistants. The successful candidates will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and receive comprehensive training to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidates will possess experience in aged care facilities, leagues clubs, RSLs, community services, hospitals, or medical centres, particularly those with daily interactions with elderly community members.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
* Assisting with food preparation and service across 5 meal services per day
* Cleaning the kitchen and dining areas
* Providing quality housekeeping and cleaning services to residents' rooms and common areas
* Laundry services
In addition to these core responsibilities, the selected candidates must also demonstrate a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.

* Kitchen or food handling experience
