Key Responsibilities
* Analyze real estate market trends, competitor movements, and customer preferences.
* Translate research findings into actionable marketing strategies and business insights.

* Maintain and elevate premium brand identity across all platforms.
* Define clear brand messaging, tone, and value proposition for each project.
* Differentiate the brand in the luxury real estate segment through compelling storytelling and campaign narratives.
* Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, OOH, and influencer channels.
* Collaborate with creative agencies and media partners to ensure campaign consistency and innovation.
* Optimize campaign performance based on lead quality, engagement, and ROI metrics.
4. Budgeting & ROI Monitoring
* Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective utilization and cost control.
* Monitor spending against KPIs and make timely adjustments to improve efficiency and impact.
* Promote project-specific USPs through targeted marketing strategies.
* Drive high-quality lead generation and nurturing funnels using CRM tools and automation.
* Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.
* Enhance pre-sales customer experience through interactive digital content, events, and relationship management.
* Implement surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess engagement levels and make improvements.
7. Analytics & Performance Measurement
* Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign trackers to assess performance.
* Generate periodic reports to present to senior management and refine marketing decisions.
8. Compliance & Crisis Management
* Ensure marketing practices comply with RERA and other legal regulations.
* Prepare contingency plans and lead marketing crisis communication if required.
* Guide, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring clarity in roles and performance metrics.
* Foster a creative, collaborative, and data-centric culture within the marketing function.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Align marketing initiatives with sales, design, CRM, and customer service teams for seamless project execution.
* Participate in cross-departmental strategy sessions and contribute marketing perspectives to decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in marketing / MBA, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
* At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity in marketing.
