We’re Looking For a…
Labourer who enjoys working on site, contributing to a safe and well-organised construction environment, and supporting supervisors and trades to deliver quality outcomes for homeowners and the wider community.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, this site-based, hands-on role supports day-to-day construction activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out general labouring and site housekeeping duties such as cleaning, material handling, road clearance, and waste removal
* Preparing and cleaning job sites and completed homes to support quality outcomes
* Supporting site operations through errands, deliveries, and receiving supplier orders
* Maintaining a tidy and safe construction site, including managing equipment, materials and site fencing
* Working collaboratively with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and home buyers
* Promoting and reinforcing safe work practices and complying with all WHS requirements
* Contributing to homeowner satisfaction through professional behaviour and positive interactions
About You
You enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in contributing to a safe and well-run site. You are reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment where teamwork and flexibility are essential.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Current white card
* Experience working on residential or commercial construction sites, or a strong willingness to learn
* Sound understanding of basic site safety and safe work practices
* Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
* Bobcat licence and First Aid certification highly regarded but not essential
* Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle to commute to/from work
