About the Role
Based at our Berrinba office and reporting to the National Sales Manager this role supports sales growth while building strong relationships with customers across the Brisbane region.
As a Sales Representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help identify the right protective coating solutions. You'll gain hands‐on exposure to products, projects and the market, working alongside experienced sales professionals and developing both your commercial and technical capability.
You'll be front‐facing with customers and projects, gaining firsthand exposure to how Jotun solutions are specified, applied and delivered in the real world.
This role is well suited to someone early in their sales career, or a technically minded candidate looking to transition into sales within a global organisation that invests in its people.

What You'll Do
* Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with new and existing customers
* Support customers in selecting appropriate protective coating solutions
* Visit customer sites, attend meetings and represent Jotun professionally in the field
* Assist with product presentations and joint customer visits with the senior sales team
* Gain exposure to working with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
* Learn and apply Jotun's proven sales tools, systems and techniques
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and grow market share
This role involves regular travel across the region, offering variety, autonomy and real market exposure. No two days are the same.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships
* A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn and develop
* Experience in coatings, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred but not essential
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
* Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
