Retail Manager
to oversee operations and help take things to the next level.
What's in it for you?
$110,000-$120,000 + super
38 hours/week + reasonable overtime

What you'll be doing
Manage three stores across the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne
Oversee day to day operations, team leadership and staff training
Ensure high standards across service, coffee and product quality
Balance in-store presence with admin and planning
Lead fortnightly operations and finance meetings
What we're looking for
Background in premium retail or food/hospitality retail
Experience managing multi-site teams and operations
Robust people leader who's hands on and team-first
High attention to detail and quality
