Entry Level Administration/Customer Support
We are a busy and expanding flooring distribution company seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, organised and friendly customer service person to support our team.
We are offering a Full Time role Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Experience using Ostendo will be an advantage but not necessary.
Duties
Order Processing/Data Entry
Booking Transport
Liaising with warehouse staff for any special instructions with orders or delivery requests
Other related duties as required
Customer Service
Requirements
Working under pressure
Good numerical skills
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Be able to work well within a small team
Excellent time-management skills
Onsite parking provided.
