Job Description:
This role is critical to delivering best practice organisational development and corporate learning services across Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
* Contribute to and/or lead projects that support the network's strategic directions.
* Develop and support effective leadership and management development programs and initiatives.
* Contribute to developing an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to consumer needs.
* Support Business Partners to develop and implement initiatives that build people skills and capability in the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to think strategically and conceptualise tailored solutions in response to workforce-related problems.
About You:
You will need significant experience in strategic workforce projects, including managing, planning, delivering and evaluating organisation-wide projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and communicate with diverse people through fostering effective working relationships, including leading cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in developing and implementing OD programs including leadership development, high-performing teams, workplace culture, staff surveys and change management.
