So, what's the role?
We're looking for a commercially minded spreadsheet enthusiast to join our Adelaide team as a Commercial Analyst. This role will suit someone who is extremely confident in Excel and is proactive in reviewing data and business processes to drive cost savings — whether it's in warranty claim analysis, freight optimization, or general product pricing.
You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, and Operations, helping us make data-driven decisions in a fast-growing national business that supplies some of the biggest names in retail.

What does a typical day look like in the role?
· Analyzing sales, warranty, and freight data to identify cost-saving opportunities
· Tracking customer claims and promotional funding to ensure accuracy
· Collaborating with Finance to produce monthly management packs
· Monitoring warranty claim trends and highlighting high-claim products
· Supporting price and rebate reviews across product categories
· Assisting the team in embracing the impressive Power BI reporting in place

This role is perfect for you if you:
· Are a spreadsheet expert who lives and breathes Excel
· Have experience with (or at the very least a strong interest in) Power BI and data visualization
· Enjoy digging into commercial data and finding what others miss
· Have 2–4 years of experience in a commercial, business or financial analyst role
· Are organized, self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Can communicate insights clearly and work well across departments
· Have experience in product-based or retail businesses (a bonus)
