Essential Skills:
* High standard of customer service and organisational skills
* Sound computer literacy skills, including Word and Excel
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated co-ordination, prioritisation and problem solving capabilities
Desirable Skills:
* Demonstrated experience with computerised maintenance logging and asset management systems
* Exposure to complaints handling
* Current Drivers Licence
