Key Role: Maintenance Team Clerical Assistant

This dynamic role offers an enthusiastic and energetic individual a new challenge. You will assist in providing clerical support and management of daily operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised professional to enhance the lives of ageing people through great customer service and varied work.

Essential Skills:

* High standard of customer service and organisational skills
* Sound computer literacy skills, including Word and Excel
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated co-ordination, prioritisation and problem solving capabilities

Desirable Skills:

* Demonstrated experience with computerised maintenance logging and asset management systems
* Exposure to complaints handling
* Current Drivers Licence
