We are seeking an experienced Materials Coordinator/Office Administrator to provide exceptional service across multiple regional sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception/Customer Service
* Managing orders from customer contact to delivery coordination
* Maintenance of records for auditing purposes
* Inventory management and stock supply coordination
* Processing traded goods purchase orders
* NCR process management, including data collection and customer liaison
* Ensuring site adherence to safety protocols
Your strong multi-tasking, customer service, communication, and administrative skills will enable you to build and maintain solid relationships with our customers.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, ideally within manufacturing
* Strong administrative and coordination background
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
