About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Trilogy Care you will guide families through a consultative sales process that is client-centred, structured and outcome-focused. You will:
• Take warm inbound calls from families actively seeking care solutions
• Ask the right questions to understand needs, priorities and concerns
• Provide clear, honest guidance on the best care options
• Explain the Trilogy Care model and onboarding process
• Close conversations confidently once the right solution is identified
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline through our CRM
This is an office-based, phone-focused role with pace, structure and momentum. You will be on the phone most of the day, ideal for people who enjoy meaningful conversations.
Earnings & Incentives
•$60–65k base annually salary
•Uncapped performance-based bonus
•On-target earnings up to $110k annually
•Earnings directly linked to new client acquisition
•Strong inbound demand and warm leads support consistent performance
