Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partners and team members to complete client work in a timely manner.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Assist with staff training and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs.
- Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts.
- Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.
- Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Expertise in practice management platforms such as MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero and QuickBooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a robust attention to detail.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
