About the role:
Drive CQHHS-wide preparedness and compliance for NSQHSS, Aged Care, and Disability standards, with a specialist focus on Infection Prevention and Control. Coordinate comprehensive audit schedules and risk assessments to ensure best-practice models and safety protocols are integrated across all clinical areas. Lead the analysis and reporting of quality indicators to the Executive team, providing expert advice to move the organization toward successful accreditation outcomes. Champion innovation projects, benchmarking, and staff/consumer education to foster a proactive culture of safety and clinical excellence.
About you:
You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. You demonstrate advanced clinical evidence-based skill and knowledge in Quality and Safety. You have a proven ability to communicate relevant, prompt and accurate information. You have a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $169,138 p.a is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $68.86 - $74.76 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
