Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clients, or stakeholders who have raised complaints or concerns, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
Conduct thorough investigations into complaints, gathering relevant information and documentation to understand the root cause of the issue.
Work closely with internal departments or teams to address complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future.
Maintain detailed records of complaints, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken to ensure accountability and track trends over time.
Strive to achieve mutually satisfactory resolutions for all parties involved, while upholding company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in complaint resolution or investigations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarise issues and communicate outcomes clearly and logically
Understanding of the concept of independence and the ability to work in a way that upholds the highest levels of impartiality
Ability to be agile, juggle competing priorities and successfully manage a busy caseload to meet your targets
High level of professionalism, resilience and empathy
Must have full Work Rights in Australia and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check
