National Retail Sales Manager

Our Australian business is thriving, and we're looking for a National Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail channel and drive strategic growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll set the vision and strategy for our retail channel, lead and coach a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers, and partner with major retail groups nationwide.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to deliver results.

Flooring or building products experience highly regarded.
