About This Opportunity
This is a unique chance to work as a full-time Assistant Retail Manager in a dynamic and engaging work environment.
* Ensure tenants comply with lease terms and necessary licenses
* Respond to customer and tenant queries, escalating when required
* Support the Retail Manager with retailer requests and retail administration tasks
* Guarantee all tenants adhere to centre rules
* Assist with arrears procedures and meeting set targets
* Report on centre performance, new initiatives, and relevant issues
* Maintain awareness of current retail trends and competition
* Promote changes to enhance service level offerings
* Be accountable for day-to-day operations of ad-hoc and scheduled office duties
