Cultural Care Services (CCS) is a growing, South Australian NDIS provider committed to delivering high quality, flexible core supports to our participants. We're now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take the lead on daily service delivery and quality.
The Role
You will oversee all operational aspects of our support services, maintaining compliance with NDIS and organizational standards and requirements, overseeing efficient rostering, fostering strong team support, and upholding exceptional care for participants. You will work closely with participants, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage rosters aligned with participant needs and budgets.
· Lead and support staff; manage shifts and performance issues.
· Maintain support plans, risk assessments, and NDIS compliance.
· Oversee documentation, case notes, and reporting.
· Approve payroll-related submissions.
· Handle incidents, complaints, and feedback.
· Liaise with participants, families, and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Coordinate staff training and competency checks.
· Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
· Drive service improvements and track KPIs.
· Maintain data accuracy and generate reports.
· Support leadership with projects and priorities.
Key Selection Criteria
· Proven experience in NDIS operations, disability services or community‑care leadership and skills
· Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, incident management and compliance frameworks
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· National Police Check
