Full Stack Developer | PHP + Angular | AI-Powered Development
We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer who's excited about leveraging AI coding tools to build smarter, faster, and better. If you're curious about how AI is transforming the way we write code - and want to be at the forefront of that shift - this role is for you.
You'll be a key contributor to our engineering team, working across our full stack:
Backend: PHP powering robust, scalable server-side applications Frontend: Angular creating dynamic, responsive user experiences AI-Enhanced Development: Explore and integrate AI coding assistants to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems faster
This isn't just about maintaining code - you'll design and deliver features that matter, solve real technical challenges, and help define how AI tooling fits into our development workflow.
What You’ll Do
Build & Ship: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack—from database to UI—using modern best practices and AI-powered development tools. Collaborate & Elevate: Participate in code reviews where constructive feedback is valued. Work within an Agile team that actually practices what it preaches—sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives that drive real improvements. Problem-Solve: Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and tackle technical debt with a mix of traditional expertise and AI-assisted approaches. Innovate: We want your ideas. See a process that could be better? A tool that could help the team? An AI technique worth experimenting with? Speak up and help implement it. Grow & Share: Mentor junior developers, share your knowledge, and learn from teammates who are equally passionate about craft and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
3-5 years of software development experience (or a recent bootcamp/degree grad with strong demonstrable skills)Strong proficiency in at least one major language (PHP, Angular, JavaScript, or similar)Full stack development experience - you're comfortable working across backend and frontendExperience using AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing tools, documentation generators) to improve productivity and code quality. You understand both the benefits and limitations of AI in software development. Problem-solving mindset - you enjoy digging into complex technical challengesCollaboration skills - you communicate clearly, listen actively, and celebrate wins with your team
