We are seeking a hands‐on and motivated Centre Manager to take charge of the day‐to‐day operations and performance of a select group of shopping centres. This role requires a well‐rounded property professional with solid experience in all facets of retail centre management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage operational and financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, CAPEX, and reporting
* Oversee lease administration, tenant billing, arrears management, and debt recovery
* Collaborate on leasing and strategic planning, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and add value
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and community stakeholders
* Ensure centres are maintained to a high standard through regular inspections and risk mitigation
* Lead and develop your centre management team, providing coaching and support
Skills and experience required for this role
* Minimum 5 years' experience in shopping centre management
* Strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Self‐driven, results‐oriented, and highly proactive
* A community‐focused mindset with a collaborative approach
* Manage a portfolio of shopping centres
