Work Injuries Lawyer/Associate Role
We are seeking an experienced Work Injuries Lawyer/Associate to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have sound legal technical skills and be experienced in managing their own file load, with demonstrated decision-making and analytical skills. They will also possess strong knowledge of the relevant procedural rules relevant to personal injury practice in Victoria.
* Meet with clients, take instructions and provide seamless client experiences.
* Review and analyze records, draft written communications to clients and brief medical experts and allied health professionals.
* Draft court documents, attend court for procedural hearings and liaise with barristers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong client focus with approachability and empathy towards each client.
* 2-5 years post-admission experience.
* Experience working within a personal injuries environment, ideally with a background in Work Cover/Work Injury matters.
* Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to file management.
