Role
You will provide administrative support to our Client Assets team to ensure our clients' financial and legal affairs are managed within required legislative requirements and service standards.
Duties
1. General administration and data entry
2. Prepare quality correspondence to clients and the business
3. Maintain accurate reporting tools
4. File documents and general file maintenance
5. Assist with mail distribution
Skills and Experience
6. Relevant administration & customer service experience
7. Understanding of financial terminology
8. Sound communication skills
9. Competent computer literacy
10. Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence
