Purchasing Administrator Position
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to join our team within our Head Office in North Ryde. This is a casual position working variable hours in the office.
About the Role:
* Data entry of purchase orders
* Checking and maintaining the accuracy of supplier reports
* Attend to enquiries from showrooms and warehouses
* Assist with purchasing team administration
* Labelling swatches
* Packaging items for postage
* Corresponding with overseas suppliers (predominantly China and Vietnam)
Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
* Competent using Microsoft Office software
* Preferably strong Mandarin language skills
