Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Management Support Officer for a 4 months + Contract in Nerang.
In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the operational team staff. You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage project records within the Gold Coast management and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.
Accountabilities includes:
* Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the Project Management team. Including preparation and distribution of project and other documentation, project document control, supervision and maintenance of the project records management system.
* Assist in the completion of monthly reports in consultation with the project managers and participate in operational plan activities and project work as required.
* Background in Project Management administration would be ideal.
* Background in electrical or road construction industry could be advantageous.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
