Overview
Susquehanna is looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist. In this role, you will use your knowledge of the corporate IT environment to provide a high level of support and customer service to our Sydney office. You will work with your colleagues both local and international to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region. You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies from desktops and networks. You will need to be able to work with specialist engineers to assist in implementation, maintenance and support of all aspects of our IT infrastructure. What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in supporting office technologies (e.g., Desktops, MS Windows, Phones, etc.)
* Ability to self‐motivate, identify issues and drive resolutions involving multiple teams
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Great troubleshooting ability and logical thinking
Knowledge of the following technologies:
* Microsoft Windows (7 & 10)
* Microsoft Active Directory
* DNS, DHCP, SCCM
* MS Office Suites
* Basic understanding of network concepts (routing, VLANs, firewalls, etc.)
Experience with data centre environments (racking and cabling) is an advantage.
Some experience with networking, trading room environments and trading applications (Bloomberg, etc.) would be an advantage.
