About the Role

* Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow
* Banking transactions processing, reconciliation and analysis
* Debtor follow-ups and supplier payments coordination
* Invoice processing, purchase orders and credits handling
* Business activity statement (BAS) preparation assistance
* Payroll support (optional depending on experience)
* Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Able to work in a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Familiarity with BAS preparation and lodgement
* Knowledge of payroll processing (optional)
* Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
