Requirements
* Come be part of an already established venue and kitchen team
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Must have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Must have a positive attitude and passion for the industry.
* Ability to guide and train junior staff.
* Knowledge of Excel and online ordering platforms.
* Experience in stocktaking and recipe development is a bonus.
* Able to work over a 7-day roster.
* Must have the right to work in Australia.
