Core ResponsibilitieseCommerce is a critical and fast‐growing part of LEGO's ANZ business, playing a central role in how we engage customers and drive commercial outcomes. The team is responsible for delivering best‐in‐class eCommerce experiences across all touchpoints, working closely with Retailers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Regional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent brand journey.
In this role you will develop and lead a team of four and lead the strategy and execution of this growth agenda, shaping how eCommerce and omnichannel capabilities evolve within the ANZ market. This role brings together cross‐functional teams to unlock growth opportunities, strengthen customer experience, and embed more integrated ways of working, while also partnering with Regional and Global teams.
Reflecting its importance, the role reports directly to the General Manager ANZ and plays a key part in the broader commercial leadership team.
